Terms and Conditions
Deposits
We do not require a credit card guarantee or deposit. We will guarantee the room for a specific arrival date, until 6:00 PM. If the traveler does not check in by the guarantee time, the room will not be held..
Payment on arrival
You are subject to payments on arrival for duration of your booking.Prices are per room, per night and include Breakfast and all taxes.
Check-in
Normal Check In time starts at 12h00, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check Ins (if arranged in advance). It is however, to drop off luggage prior to Check In if desired.
Check-out
Checkout time is before midday. Please tell us in advance if you require a later Checkout and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Charges for Children
Accommodation and breakfast are free for children under 12.
Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any guests or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Damages or breakages
The guest is responsible and liable for any damages or breakages caused to the room, the public areas or its contents. Any incidents should be reported as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
